You left me broken up inside.
The stars used to shine

The birds used to fly

We used to stand side by side

Telling each other tales of the fireflies.

The walls used to be white

The temperature used to be 25

I used to sleep on the left side

You used to kiss me on the forehead every night.

The kitchen used to be mine

The flowers used to face the other side

We used to watch Titanic and I would always cry

You used to hug me tight and say Jack didn't die.

Now things have changed.

The stars no longer shines

The birds were moaning in the night

We look away

When each other comes in sight.

The walls are now grey like the dull sky

The temperature is now 24.5

The bed is shifted to the other side

I cry myself to sleep every night

The kitchen is now modified

The flowers are thrown away replaced with cacti that blocks my sight

DiCaprio acted in Romeo+Juliet

and yes he died.

Looking back at the wedding albums as if it was last night

every photo of us is like a carving knife

carves a wound in the heart of mine

skinning me alive.

I love you,

but you're no longer mine
