a girl named Annaleigh, fiinds out that her brother, Kanim, has a dark secret.
[Introduction]


"Kanim where are you going?" "Nowhere...just a walk in the woods." "Okay." Salem said, but I knew better. So I followed Kanim... It was dark and spooky, I got scared. But I still followed him. Not knowing where I was; until we got to a river...He looked behind him, I hid behind a rock. "Who's there?" He shouted out. Then I noticed that some of my redish- black hair was showing..."Oh shoot!" I whispered. He walked toward the rock. "I won't hurt you if you show yourself." He growled, I stepped back; onto a stick which broke and made a cracking sound. Kanim ran to the rock and jumped over it, with a blade in his hand about kill me. "Kanim..." I shouted, "Annaleigh? What are you doing out here? If mother knew you were here she would kill us both!" "I followed you, I wanted to know where you were going...Because you always leave the house at night, and I..." "Go back...now Annaleigh!" "Why Kanim? I want to come with you-" "You can't Annaleigh..." "Why not, I'm here aren't I." "Yes you are, but now...now you have to go." He said anxiously scared. All of a sudden Kanim pushes me to the ground, as he hovers over me. "What's going on Kanim?" "Just be quite Annaleigh." Then two tall, dark looking guys appear out of the blue. "I thought I heard someone out here." "Onu, I don't see or hear anyone." "Well we better keep looking for him then." "Yeah...we better find Kanim or Natasha will kill us." "Yeah lets go...this place gives me the creeps." They jump up into the air and fly out. "Who were they...Kanim?" "That doesn't matter, now you know that you must go back or they will hurt you too." "I don't care...your my brother, Kanim I love you...I'm not leaving you..."
