The moment when only we two were there. I will always remember it.
That Moment

In the cold and dark night, I was going back home.

The gloominess of cold and darkness was everywhere,
in my heart and in the world around me.

Full of thoughts, which were full of her, I was going.

Will we meet again, where can we meet again, can we meet again.

The street was narrow and dark, full of undulations.

I stumbled, I fumbled but kept on going with her in my thoughts.

Suddenly a draft of breeze full of her fragrance filled me.

She appeared before me and disappeared everything else.

The street was filled with her fragrance and shine.

My moon had descended.

Gone was the darkness, gone was the cold, gone were my thoughts.

The world left us alone.

And there we were,
She, showering her shine and spreading her fragrance.
I, drenched in her shine and fragrance, body and soul.

In a trice, in a trance, I cuddled her.

And I was filled with her softness and warmth.

It was that moment.

A small moment it was, full of her and devoid of everything else.

Soon it passed and we parted.

The world appeared again with it’s cold darkness.

But in the garden of my heart,
full of her fragrance, full of her softness, full of her shine,
to remain there, to shine the streets of my heart,
against the winds of time,
had stored that moment.
