My life changed.
Sissy was in her room…
Listening.
Music.

On my 8th birthday,
My life changed.
I found a bottle…
Not quite empty.
Just a sip.
Addict.

On my 21st birthday,
My life ended.
Wheeled into the hospital,
Pale and sick.
