         This book is meant as a tribute to the men and woman who serve their countries by facing the enemy at home or abroad.  From the desk jockeys at home who keep the wheels turning to those in the line of fire.  Respect and thanks.

         On the 25th of April, 2005 I was watching an ANZAC day dawn service, being held at Gallipolli in Turkey and as usual on this day, I cried, but I  also wrote about what I was watching and so  my first ANZAC poem REMEMBRANCE came into being. Every year on that day I have written a poem of tribute.  My respect for all personnel of the defence forces of the western nations is immeasurable and thanks will never be enough for the sacrifices made.
