This was writen for a friend of mine when a family member passed away
Time to Rest
Your work is done here, lay and rest. You've done you job and done it well. Lay your head softly here, on my lap. I'll hold you dear. Lay down and rest. When you wake all fresh and new. New beginning await you. Lay and rest. Until the sun shines and wings caress. Lay down and rest. Your time has come. Come with me your time to rest.
