Self-reflection.
I live within this life alone,
breaking away the pieces of old
clay cast weakened by water
what lay beneath maybe bold
venetian sunsets, rays of temptation
still masonry unmovable structure,
lies held tight in dark stone
awaiting for a penetrable rupture
bereavement clouds my heart
grinning with pain breeds destruction
a seemingly beautiful display
holding hands with a bulimic consumption
leave me now with this thought known
nothing is as it may seem
believe nothing and see everything
and hope you will have your day to redeem
