Two squirrels find themselves far from home when they go adventuring.
"Mom said we had to be back before night fall. She said that's when the owls come out." Salvador gazed towards the trees where he knew mother would be waiting.

"Mom said, mom said." Serto mocked as climbed higher in the trees using his long bushy tall for balance. "Do you always have to be such a baby?"

"But what about the owls? You've heard the stories. They eat small squirrels like us. Come on, we have to get home!" With fear stirring inside his stomach, Salvador became very uneasy.

"Those are just stories. The elders tell us that stuff just to keep us cooped up. Are you coming or not?" Serto ignored the warnings of his brother and jumped from tree limb to tree limb.
