Facing one's fears is the only way to move forward in a positive light.
Fear lingers, one withdraws.
In darkness, the haunting shadows hide
Unseen - yet there.

Once they enter the light,
Shadows are revealed
No longer cloaked by darkness.

You must face your shadows.
Do not hide in the dark.
Expose them to the healing light.

If this cannot be done.
You become your worst fear -
The shadows within.
