The brutal consequences of war.
In this life
Time goes by.
People laugh
People cry.
People of flesh,
Skin and bone.
In the end,
We are all unknown.

Unknown to each other,
In this same old life.
For we live in a land
Filled with war and strife.
Fighting for what we think is right.
So pick up your weapons
Hold up your knife
And when the gun shots stop
In the wounded night
The dead will be quiet
The blood, it will flow.
Do they know each other?
No.

But we are the seeds that must be sown.
To link this world,
To worlds unknown.
