A poem about things in motion.
Rotating, rotating on its axis
Earth spinning, spinning,
Is it an illusion?
most creatures think yes,
educated beings know not.

We all
stand still
and move
at our
own good time.

Rising, rising, throughout the day
the sun painting, painting
the sky with
it's vivid rays
and keeping Earth warm all day.

Falling, falling once more
the Sun allowing, allowing
the moon its turn
to shine bright
amongst the stars.

Twinkling, twinkling the night away
Stars carry, secretly carry
our dreams
and wishes
to the big man above.

Flowing, flowing,
flowing by.
Wind doing it's thing
disturbing everything
while passing by

Floating, floating,
floating by.
Clouds bringing, bringing
beauty or danger
depending on its mood.

Trees and mountains growing high
Birds sometime soaring,
some flapping,
and others taking
necessary dives.

Dogs chasing cats.
Cat chasing mice.
Mice and other rodents.
Rodents stealthy, stealthy
looking for food.

Horses galloping their time away.
Lions and tigers prowling the land.
Wolves running in packs.
Fishes swimming in schools.
But, what about man?

Man, "the superior beings,"
takes the easy way
by riding their time
and energy away
on cars, boats, and even planes.
