The poem I wrote for my Godmonther's funeral. Aged 12. Dedicated to Ena Molyneaux.
A POEM FOR ENA

Her smile was made of a hundred laughs,
her eyes were made of shooting stars,
her heart was made of gold,
she was like a beautiful waterfall that never fails to amaze,
she was my inspiration, my idol and all,
like a single rose-bud, blossoming in the sun,
she was the gold at the end of the rainbow,
an angel in her life, as well as after,
she taught me all was possible in life, as long as I believed in myself,
and I can be whoever I want to be.
She was true to me, and true to you I'm sure,
and now I am more determined than ever to be the person I want to be,
and I know for sure, she will be at my graduation.
When I'm older I will tell my children of my guardian angel, Ena.
