Not my best work.
My words, interrupted.
My thoughts, invalidated.
My actions, ignored.
I NEED TO BE HEARD!
I’m screaming in my head thinking I’m screaming out loud,
I’ve spoken my words and done my actions.
I was told actions speak louder than words
But when even your actions are silenced
What do you do?
Where do you turn?
I can’t go through this life being silenced and ignored.
