Negima! Another Story

~Chapter 4 : 'She's' A Shonen? Genius In Everything!!!~

It's morning. Class 3-A receive a new transfer student yesterday, and it's
been a talk of the class. Iinchou and the sports group are arrive early today,
and they're on the way to class as they talk about the new transfer student.

Makie      : What do you think of our new transfer student?
Ako        : Takusa-san? 'She' is sooo cool!!!!
Akira      : 'She' got a lot of charisma around her...
Yuna      : Hear this!! I watch 'her' yesterday during class, and 'she' seems
                to notice me. 'She' looks back at me, and 'her' eyes is soooo
                charming!!!
Makie      : 'She' got a killer stare; even Chisame is beaten by 'her'!!!
Iinchou    : (sigh)I'm surprised with all of you...
Ako        : Why is that, Iinchou?
Iinchou    : You talk about 'her' like 'she' is a charming guy or something...
Makie      : (grining) Maybe because 'she' beaten you on charming looks, you're
                  jealous, Iinchou...
Iinchou    : (Blush) That’s not it, Makie-san!!!!

As they open the class door, they saw someone sitting on the Takusa's chair.
A shonen is sleeping there, where his looks is still charming even when he
sleep.

Akira        : Who is that?
Iinchou    : Beats me...
Ako          : Is he mistaking on entering girl's school?
Yuna        : I never see him before...
Makie      : Me neither...

They want to wake up that shonen and ask him, but they felt shy, because that
looks of him making anyone melts. Students start to flock in the class, and
all of them gather around that shonen.
    Asuna, Konoka and Setsuna just arrived to the class when they saw the
students gather.

Konoka      : Good morning, Iinchou. What's the commotion?
Iinchou      : Ah, good morning, all of you. There's a shonen sleeping in our
                  class.
Setsuna    : Shonen?

Three of them go inside the circle, and saw someone familiar. Asuna is smiling
as she wakes up that shonen.

Asuna      : Takusa-san, wake up.
All            : (surprised)Takusa-san?!!!
Takusa      : (smiling)Ah, good morning, all of you.

Everyone is shocked, at the same time, seduced by the smile of his'.

Setsuna    : (sweat) You’re really serious when you said about coming to
                  school as a shonen...
Takusa      : But of course. Evan-chan likes it.
Asuna      : You don't get any sleep last night?
Takusa      : I thought I want to crash at my old home in Library Island, but
                  there's something guarding the door. So, I get some sleep in
                  here.
Konoka      : Old home? Is that placing close to World Tree?
Takusa      : Yes.
Setsuna    : Then, you should talk to Negi. He can help you, because that
                  place has been occupied by someone else.
Takusa      : I see...
All            : (butt in) WAIT A SECOND!!!
Asuna      : What is it?
Iinchou      : Takusa-san, are you a male or a female?!!!
Takusa      : A male.
Yuna        : Then...then...why you coming to school with girl's uniform
                  yesterday?!!!
Takusa      : Because this is girl's school. I talk to Principal yesterday,
                  and he said it's alright for me to wear a guy's uniform.
Makie        : But...but...this is a girl school!!! How can you...
Takusa      : I know. If you're curious, go ask Principal about it (smiling)

That smile again. All of them felt being thrown on the bed of roses, as
butterflies plays around them. Adds more...
    Okay, that's enough. Time is passing by with super extreme silence in
class. Takusa seems sleeping, but every time teacher ask him question, he will
answer it correctly, before resuming his sleep. Guess a 'answer a question
correctly, or get out because you're sleeping in class' way of punishing will
not work on him.
    Bells ring, as the class ended. Takusa's looking at the back, as Evan's
already disappear from class with Chachamaru. Takusa wonders where they went
as Asuna, Setsuna and Konaka calls him.

Asuna      : You seem drifted, Takusa-kun...
Takusa      : Do they always disappear like that?
Setsuna    : Yes. But, we usually know where they are.
Konoka      : By now, they should be on the roof or at Evan's house. They
                  sometimes go to club activity, though.
Takusa      : Club activity?
Asuna      : They are members of Tea Ceremony Club and Chess Club.
Takusa      : I see...
Konoka      : Takusa-kun, you're not joining any club?
Takusa      : Maybe I should...
Setsuna    : We want to give a tour to you, but we're all busy with our club
                  activities too.
Asuna      : Let's see... (looking at Kaede)...Kaede, are you busy?
Kaede      : (moving to the group)Why?
Konoka      : We want to give a tour to Takusa-san, but we are busy now.
Setsuna    : You're the member of Strolling Club, right?
Kaede      : I am. But, I'm busy too, you see...

Short silence.

Kaede          : I know!(look)Fuka-chan, Fumika-chan, you're not busy are you?
Fuka/Fumika : Nope. Why?
Kaede          : Can you bring Takusa-dono for a school tour?

The Narutaki twins are looking at Takusa.

Takusa        : (Smiling) Well?
Fuka/Fumika : (blush)Wi...with honor!!!

And they're on their way. All the girls in school looking at Takusa, as they
strolling around the school. Guess the rumors that they heard are true;
there's a charming shonen in this school. Yes, Haruna's rumor spreading is
the best.
    As for the twins, they seem to have silenced along the way. They
looking at Takusa. His height is about same as Kaede, so they seems to wonder
how it feels like to be tall. Takusa notice what they are thinking and...

Takusa      : Something wrong?
Fuka/Fumika : (blush)Nothing, nothing at all!!!
Takusa      : Hey....
Fuka/Fumika : Hmm??
Takusa      : (pointing his shoulder)Want to sit up here?
Fuka/Fumika : Umm...is it okay with you?
Takusa      : (smiling)Come on, one people at time...
Fuka        : (blush)Then... you go 1st, Fumika...
Fumika      : (blush)You go 1st. You're older, right?
Fuka        : Because I'm older, you should go 1st...
Fumika      : But...
Takusa      : Now, now...how about janken punch to decide?
Fuka/Fumika : Okay...

Janken punch!!! And Fumika wins. Takusa lift Fumika up and put her above his
shoulder. Takusa makes it like it's easy to lift Fumika up, which amazed her
very much.

Takusa      : Fuka-san...
Fuka        : Yes?
Takusa      : Since you're lost, you decide where to go 1st...
Fuka        : Okay, let's see...
Fumika      : Onee-chan, how about we do it like the last time when we bring
              Negi-sensei?
Fuka        : Hmm...that would be nice too...
Takusa      : It's settled, then?
Fuka        : Yes. Let's go to indoor court first.

There are a lot of activities done in the indoor court. Even though it is big, they must take turns to use it since there's a lot of clubs in school.
    As usual, Yuna and the basketball team are having practices when Takusa
and the twins arrived. Takusa is catching attention, since they rarely receive
a shonen as visitor. He saw Yuna resting at the bench at the end of the court,
and calls her.

Takusa      : Yuna-chan!!!
Yuna        : Ah, Takusa-kun. Having a tour?
Takusa      : You can tell?
Yuna        : Both of them brought Negi last time, so I kind of figure it
              out...

Yuna's throwing a basketball to Takusa as he catch it. The rest girls on the
bench are having a talk, which we know what it's all about. As for Yuna, she's
looking at Fumika, who is sitting above Takusa.

Yuna        : (grining) Fumika seems to have fun...

Fumika is putting her face on Takusa's head, with blushing face.

Yuna        : (laughing) Both of them usually sit above Kaede's shoulder...
Takusa      : I see. That's why they are so eager....
Fuka/Fumika : (blush)That's not it!!!!
Yuna        : (sigh) Great for them being so small...
Takusa      : Are you, perhaps want to sit on someone shoulder as well?
Yuna        : (laughing) Don’t be ridiculous!!! I'm big now, no one can lift
              me!!!
Takusa      : I can.

Short silence. Takusa's putting Fumika down before lifting Yuna up to his
shoulder. Again, he makes it like it's easy to lift up a person like that.
Other people around them goes "Eh??!!!!"

Takusa      : How was it, Yuna-chan?

Yuna's not talking, since her face is purely blushing red. Takusa didn't wait
for an answer, as he kepts bumping the basketball that Yuna give him earlier.

Takusa      : Yuna-chan, can you hold up for a second?
Yuna        : ...okay...

Takusa taking a aim. He targets the ball well, before making a jump and throw
the ball to the net. Not the net near him, but the one across the court.
Amazingly, it goes in. Again, "Eh??!!!!"

Yuna        : That...practically across the court!!! And you can jump so high
              too!!!
Takusa      : Too bad this is girl's basketball team. I can't join in.
Yuna        : That's too bad.
Takusa      : I don't be much help, but if you need consultant on basketball
              you can call me.
Yuna        : Okay, thanks a lot.

Takusa lifting Fuka now, as part of agreement, before they are leaving. What they didn't notice is Yuna's being 'attacked' with question right after they left.

Takusa      : Where's our next destination?
Fumika      : Hmmm...
Fuka        : (suddenly remembered)We can't go there!!!
Fumika      : (remember too) Yeah, we can't!!!
Takusa      : Where?
Fuka        : Swimming pool...
Takusa      : (scratching cheek)Ah, that's going to make a lot of commotion...
Fumika      : How about we go to the field?
Takusa      : Okay, let's go.

They go to the field. It's really big field, where all schools in Mahora share
on using it. Even so, there's only boys' soccer team on practice. That's
alright with them, since Ako is the manager of boys' soccer team.
    Ako is bringing out sports drinks for soccer players, as she saw Takusa
and the twins.

Ako        : Takusa-kun!!! What are you doing here?
Takusa      : Yo, Ako-san. The twins guide me on school tour.
Ako        : I see...
Takusa      : (looking at the sports drinks) That looks heavy. Want some help?
Ako        : Is it alright for you?
Fuka/Fumika : We want to help too!!!

They bring out more sports drinks from the store before arranged it at the
bench. Ako takes 3 cans of sports drinks and give it to them.

Takusa      : Is it okay if I take it?
Ako        : It's okay. There are a lot of them in the store, and it will be
              a waste if I let it expired.

The twins playing with soccer ball that they found near the bench, as Takusa
and Ako having a conversation.

Takusa      : So, you're manager of this soccer team?
Ako        : Yes. This is the only way I can get close to things I like.
Takusa      : There's no soccer club in our school?
Ako        : No. That's way I join this boys soccer team as manager. I know
              lot about soccer, so I got additional job here as information
              provider and stratagy planner.
Takusa      : (smiling)At least your knowledge will not go to waste.

Ako's face is blushed. She tries to look somewhere else, as she saw soccer
ball coming directly to Takusa.

Ako        : (shout)Takusa-kun!!! The ball!!!

Takusa already predict what's coming to him. He knocks that ball with his
forehead. Before the ball lands, Takusa lift his foot high, and kick that ball
out of the range. The ball goes on 180 degress curve before going inside goal.
    The soccer team is stunned. Quickly, they gather around Takusa and Ako,
asking about that kick. Ako is shocked, but care to explain?

Ako        : That kick is called 'Drive Shooter'. Using feet on high
              momentum, he kick the ball so it goes spinning. That way, the
              ball will travel on high speed with curving line. That kick
              usually used by professional players to blind keeper's eye, so
              the ball goes in the goal.

Everybody goes "Eh??!!!" again.

Coach      : Care to join the team, young man?
Takusa      : I'm sorry, I can't. I'm only a transfer student until summer's
              break, so I can't do much if I join the team.
Coach      : That's too bad...
Takusa      : If you need an extra player, or you want me to teach them a few
              things, I'm always happy to help. Just talk to Ako-san, since
              I'm on the same class as hers.
Player      : Wait a minute. You said that you're on the same class as
              Ako-san?
Takusa      : Yes, I am.
Player      : Isn't Ako-san study in girl's school?
Takusa      : Yes.
Player      : (confused)Okaaaaay...you meant to tell me that you're on the
              same school as Ako-san?
Takusa      : Yes.

How much "Eh??!!!" we got for today? Another one is coming.
    The strolling team continues their conquest to find the best club for
Takusa. Even so, Takusa seems want to create history as 'super utility player'
in school. He goes in Kendo Club, and manages to beat Setsuna-san, which is
the best fencer in school (that one can be seen coming...). He makes a stop in
Art Club and finish a beautiful portrait of Asuna in merely 3 minutes. Even
when he stop by University Lab, he helps Satomi on finishing a research that
stuck for almost 10 years. In other words, wherever he goes, there's always
something amazing that he will do.
    The twins seem tired for exploring the school. Takusa notice that, and
they make a stop at restaurant to replenish their energy.

Takusa      : You both seem really tired.
Fuka/Fumika : We still can go on, don't worry.

That's what they said, but they consume water like there's no more water
tomorrow.

Takusa      : (Laughing)Let's just get to the World Tree before we go back.

They manage to watch sunset at branches of World Tree.

Takusa      : What a nice view...
Fuka        : Sometimes, we come here to watch sunset.
Fumika      : No one knows this place. It's like our hideout.
Fuka        : Negi-sensei knows...
Fumika      : Yeah, I remember when we brought him here...
Takusa      : Then, Negi-kun is one lucky guy, right?

Takusa tries to go down from the tree when the twins stopped him.

Fuka        : Takusa-san, can you close your eyes for a moment?
Takusa      : Why?
Fumika      : Just for a while...

Takusa is closing his eyes. Suddenly, both of the twins kiss his cheeks.

Fuka/Fumika : Thank you for today, Takusa-san.
Takusa      : (smiling)I should be the one who thank you, right?
