A young girl torn from past heartache.
The morning bright, the sun a glow,
a frail girl, with no where to go.
Her clothes are torn, her hair a mess,
her life is ruined she knows not of happiness.
All of her family murdered for spite,
as she ran to safety in sheer fright.
She knew it was her who was to be blamed,
for having a criminal named and shamed.
Her heart was torn from the murders she saw,
for her life was not worth living anymore.
She knew her life was to end with the coming of dark,
her life was not safe in the abandoned park.
Her decision was now to choose which way to go,
either end it herself or die painfully slow.
She had no other choice, she picked up the blade,
as she slashed at her wrists she felt her life fade.
All the blood shed for truth that was told,
but the note at her side would help the story unfold.
