A winter observation.
White floats silently down.
Individual snowflakes.
None of them alike.

Sun rays shine on snow.
Twinkling white reflects the light.
Spectacular sight.

Snow layer on top.
Figure eights slice through to ice.
Frozen lakes hide waves.

Winter drips frozen spears.
Old man winter, cold eternal.
On goes deepening snow.
