things happen to us lovely things but it's painful when we realise they just are not real

Yesternight

It happened yesternight.....

If dreams could come true
Bringing the heart desires into reality
Then life wouldn't be full of rues
But rather filled with harmony

Tell me if life is really fair
Looking at the mirror i saw her
Beautiful she was i couldn't help but glare
At a face that shone with such aura

Words of the mouth can`t really tell
Nor describe what she was like
Cos in love i could say i fell
To a stranger in such a quick hike

Her lips fell on mine in a kiss
Bringing joy and warmth to me
After sending me into a world of bliss
That lies in my land of fantasy

Reaching out for her i did
With the aim of never letting go
Cos i never knew love was splendid
Only to cry out with an oh no!

Realising that i was but in a dream
With the blood burning in me with anger
I had no other option than to scream
So i could somewhat feel better

Now i can say i live life
In a way i think is right
So i could one day have an angel as wife
To take away the memories of YESTERNIGHT
