A challenge from my sister to write a quick poem about the full moon.
Lunar Lust

I raise my hands up to the moon; black blood runs down my arm
No one knows my fantasies, they only know my charm
Bother not with locks and chains, for all the world is my domain
I run my nails across the screen, where you reside in aimless dreams
Impulsive as my thoughts may be
I calculate, I estimate, with no audacious feat
I plan the work and work the plan to an acceptable degree
I may adjourn or pass the time by fantasizing in my mind
The humble man that people see is nothing like the man that's me
Thy cup runneth over, covet what you see
Material values that you seek are meaningless to me
For I've surpassed the mortal realms of man
through lunar reflections from blood soaked hands
