To yourself, to your brethren and the universe

This excerpt from my life translated for clarity
It hurt for a second knowing that it's meant to be
I felt the sting, of syllables, leaving ripples on gray matter
My ears ring, we're criminals, sticky pills in throat gather
"It's blocking the oxygen"

There's a lot of weight to the word "friend".
