in a timeless state, we will always hate those we love.
self inflicted depersonalisation...

a competition for what i dont deserve

overpowering overcomplication

struggling for an end with no means

soothing melodies that we all know and love?

dancing the dance whose ending we all know

the jester, the king, the queen and the asshole

but which am I?

interchangablitiy combined with the need for compartmentalisation

convincing ourselves of something that simply isnt there.

interactions based loosely on friendship, true connection a rarity

alone on my pew i am waiting. i am waiting.

the tools of our trade undefined and abandoned

but which am I?

designed impersonal, yet personalised.

taking support from all areas yet unfulfilled

an unnecessary obsession is always necessary

a dulled anger, a box of chocolates.

the unwelcome guest in our midst

from whom everybody takes different meaning

speech patterns leading to injustice

the chronicle ongoing. i am waiting, i am waiting.
