Anna's journey to find her true destiny. -making it up as I go!-
As I walk the old streets of my little town in Russia, it starts to rain. I would hurry home to my parents, and hope they would be greatful I returned before I caught a cold. Yes, I would do this, but I cannot. I would just arrive home to a small house with my few things and my Aunt Victoria.
"Where are my parents?" is the question you think would run through my mind. Although I have wanted to know that, I do not wonder. Now all thats on my mind is, "Where is my future?" And that is still all I want to know. I mumble to myself, "I want no part of their life," as I see a family scurrying home. I stand and stare, and they stare back for a moment. Quickly, I turn and jog away, my brunnette hair sticking to my wet face.

As I open the window to my room and climb in, I hear a voice call my name.
"Anna? Is that you?"
"Yes."
"Where were you?" calls out that voice. I'm tempted to say something very untrue, but instead I tell them where I was. Nowhere.
By now I'm inside and changed into dry clothing, and the person the voice belonged to is at my window.
"Anna, what's up with you lately?" the male asks sharply.
"Vlad....I do not have anything to say. My life does not involve the boy that lives above me." I didn't intend to be rude, but he was shocked at me and just stared.
"I-I'm sorry. I will be on my way," claims Vlad. He hesitates and leaves just as my aunt walks in. We say nothing to eachother. We don't talk much on days like today. She says it brings back the past. I never did understand that. She finally motions to come eat dinner, and so I leave and take a seat.
Lightning strikes as my skin greets the wooden table. I shake somewhat and start to eat. My aunt looks up at me and asks, "My dear, what is wrong?"
I go to say something and sneeze instead. I look at her, waiting for her to say, "God bless you," but to my amazment she does not. She stares in bewilderment, her face pale. And next thing I know, I'm gone.
