Circa 1992, this is part of a book I wrote for a DnD game. Did alot of this.
Darkness fell across the land
and in the final desparate hour.
He raised his hands,
and then it was gone.
Lightning from heaven
and fire from earth.
Clash in a fury untamed by mortal man.
And as they clashed,
all life gathered together.
In the hours,
the days,
the years of conquest.
He lowered his hands,
and it ceased to exist.
As magic would say....

And a light shine through the dust,
A man stared from the ground.
As the great awakening rose from it.
As he bore his way from heaven....
And he was clothed with white lace,
which glowed in the dimness
and a golden bag shone in his appareal.
He had a white beard,
that shamed the snow atop the tallest mountain.
And flowed with curls like the waves of the deep.
And he said not a word
as his thoughts became the basis of life.
With a staff of white crystal,
placed in his hand.
And he appeared neigther young
nor old.
A never ending light around his body,
likek the torch of olympia.
And he said,
"This shall be earth!"
And earth rumbled with the sound of his voice,
as continents split to satisfy all.
And atop mount Elana,
all was calm.....
Then the giant of dark, evil,
rose to find the source of the fight.
Red wings and claws of ivory,
And eyes that had no color.
but skin wiht years of torment.
And that man just stood and watched.
As the essence of evil,
and the form of a devil,
bare down.
And still
he just looked....
His eyes full of care,
that they looked of diamonds among a cloudy face.
And he raised his staff,
in wavering motions
and it was gone.
And in it's place
a rose.
To be the symbolk of what it was not.
But who should look upon it?
So an angel was sent,
in the form of a woman.
And man followed in his steps,
and he gave a smile,
but to his surprize there as no thought.
Nothing but a long spirit of creation,
so he gave a cry to the winds.
which still echoes in all the lands.
And intelligence was given
and creativity also.
So he waved his hands and floated to heaven,
and all that day the clouds turned white,
and all life soon would follow him home....
