I killed her, my love.
I stood over her, her eyes misty , but the green still showing trough.

“What have I done?”

I looked at my hands, they dripped crimson red, this was blood, her blood. All I wanted to do was make it so she could come with me, make her like me. Half alive, half dead, not quite a zombie. Maybe a Necromancer… but I don’t have the magics of one, maybe that why I failed. Tears fell from my eyes, my hands trembled and my knees shook. I fell next to her, my tears falling on her face now, she looked like she was crying. I grabbed a lock of her hair and stroked my fingers through it easily, making the tangles loose and free. I’m sorry my love, I will right my wrongs, and bring you back to life. I leaned forward and kissed her blackened lips, turning cold in the moonlight then returned to my feet. I would take her body and hide it, then I would search for the dark magics that would bring her to life, even it meant giving my soul to the greats of the underworlds, for there were many, they could have it

[This was a quick thing I wrote before bed last night. Just something that was on my mind whilst thinking about past characters]
