Another Poem
Birds could never fly, if not for their wings.
If we had wings we could fly too.
Fly to the end of the world and back again.
But we are not birds, we have no wings.
And even though our soul sours above the sky every night,
We can not fly on our own.

Birds without wings are like people without dreams.
Dreams are all we ever really need.
Dreams of gold, dreams untold.
We only have this chance

We have dreams upon dreams,
But we never do what we think and dream.
We do what’s expected of us.
We follow our leaders without questions.
If we followed our heart and dreams,
We would have a better world.
If we learned to fly with wings made out of the finest dreams,
We could change the world.

With wings of like that we can fly on our own,
Anything’s possible with wings of golden dreams.
