Time

Sometimes I creep,
And sometimes I fly.
I'm definetely not cheap,
So sometimes you buy.
I wait for no man,
but man waits for me.
Could never get a tan,
I'm one the sun never sees.
Seen as precious through the years of life,
But often wasted and spent on things not right
Catch me...Catch me if you can!
But know I can't be stopped
Never been done by any man
I've watched many fall dead and drop.
Who am I?
