She is slowly possessing me and I'm more afraid of losing her than losing myself.
I don't think I've ever been more terrified in my life.

Always so afraid

of saying the wrong thing,

moving too close,

thinking the wrong thing,

losing myself

to you.

Not losing enough,

and losing you.

Fear races through my veins whenever I see you,

and when we are talking,

my knees shake

because when you walk towards me,

the earth moves.

I'm terrified of what I would do for you.

I feel as though I would lose friends just for you.

And to hold your hand again,

I might even become somebody else.

Save me,

stop this possession.

I'm terrified of you,

but I'm even more afraid of losing you.
