Cinderella

Sitting in my room when I was a little girl playing Cinderella and dreaming of a knight

But then you told me that dreams are meant for sleeping and that they won’t come true so there no use in dreaming

Later on sitting together, you told me that when you were a little boy you dreamt of a princess with long golden hair to go and rescue from a mighty dragon

But I thought you said that dreams were meant for sleeping and that they won’t come true so if they won’t come true then what’s the use in dreaming

Then I woke up from being a princess I realized that you were my prince coming to rescue me so I looked out my window and your face is what I saw flying over the green grass hills to slay the dragon guarding me

The next day you woke up and realized I was your princess waiting for you to come rescue me so you jumped on your hoarse and flew over the hills to rescue me

But then i wake up and the bleakness of my life returns your hand is gone from mine the warmpth of your arms around me is no longer there. I am left wondering if your heart will ever return to mine, if we will ever meet again in something other than a dream.

The memories of that night, the embers that flew from us have gone. The world has turned sullen sence the night he left my side. He was no longer near to protect her or to reminder of what could be. she turns cold inside and bitter.

All around her she sees people, happy people, with the love she once had. she longs to feel what they feel now. The happiness they give eachother, and wonders could it ever be.

The smile crosses his face as he sees her, passing her in the street, she does not yet realize that he is the one from her dreams. It will take some time and passing he knows but love will once again flow. He turns away and lets her memorie fade for today, tomarrow he will start again.

She will see someday that he will turn around to stay. His memories will never fade, and someday, mabey someday she will stay.
