Goodbye and Hell-O

These battles still last,
Burst through from my past,
Along roads I will never embark.

And though no battles were won,
I had fun in the sun,
But now Earth is growing dark.

The pain will subside,
(All creatures must die.)
And so now the awful taste lingers here.

And I swallowed it down,
Both the blood and the crown;
Both forever and forever in fear.

All the times that I tried,

Are buried and lost in the snow.

And I will not admit
That I miss you one bit.
