Thursday will come.

Thursday will come.
Thursday will come and bring Morning.
I will see her as I always do, through fog and sheets.
I will wish her repose here beside me
As I bury my head into the pillow,
Refusing to be roused.
Morning, she will come.
Morning, she will bring with her
All the expectations of the Day.
