You once were part of the audience to the Parade of Broken Souls
A disgusted viewer
Watch as their numbers grow fewer
Watch them fall to the ground

Now you have changed and lost who you are
A dark metamorphosis
Death is the only prognosis
There will be nothing left

You fell into the bottle and began to drown
I cannot bare that awful sound
You are so far gone you may never return
Fists were thrown and bruises remain
I can't even see through the fog of pain
All we want is to be free...
Now you're just another Broken Soul on Parade

You were the talk of this washed up suburbia
You still are, and always will
Just through a different pair of eyes
Just in a darker light

Hopefully this chaos ends sooner or later
So I can breath again
But some things cannot be erased
Somethings can never leave

We don't even know where you are when you're gone
Do we all pursue you?
How many times can you deceive?
Too many, I'm afraid

You fell to the bottom and you may drown
I don't want to hear that dreadful sound
Hopefully, one day, you may return...
Things were broken, and sorrow retains
I'm blinded by this foggy pain

If you leave again, you can never return
If bit once, shame on you
If bitten twice, shame on me too
But I've lost count of bites...

I use to love this shack and all things in it
But it has been cursed now
A blackness desires my spirit
It creeps ever closer

You fell off the wagon and on to the ground
Ringing through my head is that sound
We all wait for your return...
Everything is broken, how much remains?
My eyes are lost within this pain
