Some people say that there is someone out there for everybody...this is for my somebody.
Dear You,
Let me start off by saying
that I love you.
I don't know who,
or where you are,
but I swear this is true.

I am here,
and I am waiting for you.
Not very patiently I might add.
A few times I've had my heart broken
while I laid on my back,
my legs wrapped around the wrong man.

Baby, where are you?
I love the way your arms caress my curves.
Though I've never felt their warmth,
I feel so sound and secure.
The smell of you is rampant and raw.
Your scent, only as I can imagine,
would be left behind like a greasy stain on my clothes.
I could live, come alive, and slowly start to die
in the fumes of your exaggerated cologne.

I know you wanna kiss me.
I can tell by the way that your lips move,
as you inhale. Exhale.
Come find me.
Reach your arms out toward me baby,
and I'll be there.
My heart aches for who you are,
and how I imagine you to be.

I don't even know your name,
or whether you exist.
But sometimes a girl's romantic facade is all that she has to look forward to,
in a world of destroyed dream's mist.
Should you ever get a chance to read this
just follow your good sense of direction
and the blood pumping through your heart;
until you are standing,
just as desperate as I am
on the front of my doorstep,
prespiring with the lusty thoughts
of a love and a life
that we have yet to start.

Signed and Sincerely,
always yours truly,
-Me.
