Contemporary poem about repair.
Fire up the furnace! Quickly,
never allow the flame to die,
boys, the last gasp of our united breath
will oust the spark.

The billows blow. The anvil pounds away.
We are making something strong again.

But if the metal isn't pure,
if there's too much wind in our sighs,
if the flame is oust and begins our heats' demise,
then the hammer's hand will shake,
the fracture will soon then break,
and this bond will never be repaired, for sure!
