Believe none of what you hear, half of what you see, and never ever assume.
Just because I'm a gay man
It doesn't mean that I hate women
Or want to be one.
I don't have a closet full of gowns and crowns
And I don't know the lyrics to Broadway musicals.

Just because I'm a gay man
It doesn't mean I'm a piece of cheap meat
That you can fondle and grope at will.
Nor does it mean that I want to jump in bed with you
Just because you're a man.

You're not even my type.
