The coin flip is useful not only when making a decision, but also when unmaking one.
A familiar *ping* sent the coin spinning trough the air, as the red and blue strip club lights reflected off its surface in a dance that would put any of the girls to shame.

Too bad coins don’t have mouths, Rex thought as he reached out to catch it. Even after all those years he still dreaded this moment.

He caught it in his fist but didn’t look, the coin held all the power now. Why did he still carry that damned thing around anyway? Because else you’d be dead already a voice echoed from deep inside him, and he knew it was right.

”So what’s it gonna be big fella? Want that blowjob or not?”

Rex opened his fist and looked at his old friend, tails.

“Another night, cutepie.” He grunted in disappointment as he stood up to leave.
