What is it like to not be?
IN NOTHING

There's no sound I can hum
No word I can utter
That conceals the meaning of the peace
Surrounding my mind,
Surrounding me.

Serenity is the air
I breathe
Stillness soothes
Down my legs

I lie in patience, waiting
Waiting for nothing
But holding
Onto the fullness of peace

I feel nothing
I am nothing
I can only wait
Wait until the peace
Escapes me
Then I will be
