To me you are a cage. Your limbs fleshy bloody bars.
Incarcerated



To me you are a cage.
Your limbs fleshy bloody bars.
Your heart a beating prisoner
Screaming and unsure.
I tried to forge a key
And find the hidden lock.
But I soon found out
Your cell was never meant
To be undone
A self inflicted inmate
Of your own insecurities.
