Challenges the sterotypes about people who self harm
I’m not attention seeking.
Cos attention is exactly what I don’t want.
Understand?
The truth is; I cut to cope with life.

I’m not suicidal.
Cos, you see, I don’t want to die.
Understand?
The truth is; I cut to release my pain.

It’s a coping mechanism.
Cos it takes my pain away.
Understand? Of course you don’t.
The truth is; I cut, and it makes my life easier.
