It's better to have loved and lost...
You;

The fire I set alight.

You;

The kindle at my base

That burned as bright as summer sky’s

Then smouldered, as swiftly laid to waste.

Too late!

Too late I searched the blight.

Too long

The ash blinded my eyes

As soot decayed throughout the days

In its grave-pit of mental genocide.

Now;

Roused by nothing but the ice.

Now;

Roused by Shiva in my mind,

A frozen heart, stalactites on face,

Each day, I melt away inside.

Then;

I’d your beauty every day.

Now;

I feed the Devil another way.
