A tale of karma and a sales womans ego
Stacy was a highfalutin businesswoman, with a real knack for marketing. She could sell absolutely anything to the right buyer. Her sale motto was, ‘No dollar left in a consumers pocket.’ She was a warrior on the battlefield called the sales floor. She sold anything from cars to groceries and everything in-between. Stacy often went out of town to other conventions to get potential buyers interesting in her indorsed products.

Once while on a business trip, she was quite off. She couldn’t get investors into the residence she had up for market. She was promoting the composition and history of the old dwelling. During an open house she tried all her best lines-

“This home is great place to live if you are looking to refurbish and personalize a masterpiece of the Victorian Era.”
“It has amazing history from a astonishingly architectural era.”
“The wrap around porch creates a active family atmosphere.”

but none of them seemed to phase the financer’s state of trepidation. No one wanted a tour or even to talk about the old house. She began to fret the developing failure in her sales technique. She couldn’t understand the buyer’s revulsion. The shoppers began to toddle away in disbelief of the sales woman’s ego. All her questions were answered when a older man and his wife, wobbled over to her. Without introductions the man stated,

“This place is haunted.”

Stacy, slapped in the face with defeat, turned to look at the damned house. As she turned the door slammed shut and she screamed knowing no one was in there.
