poetry... not one of my best works but still its something
A cautionary girl,

A life planned to the dot,

A life skillfully laid out.



A cautionary tale,

Every decision ever made

So that none fall prey to doubt.



Such a carefully chosen path,

Not a ghost from her past,

No skeletons inhabit her closet.



Every tragedy fated,

So beautifully abated,

By this exquisite melancholy heart.



Love caught her unaware

No shield she could spare

No strength to put up a wall



Perish we must all,

The cautionary girl falls

No safety for her fragile soul.



A cautionary tale ages old,

So many times told,

So many times told.
