A poem about the reality of long distance friendships and growing older in general
The Death of Nostalgia





I returned myself  to a life once lived  but found myself a stranger there.



It seemed my memory had me surpassed - and I ? found older and less fair



Perhaps in hindsight I was wrong -it would  have been better if i'd stayed gone.
