Reason why people do things they want and don't want to
WHY WE DO THE THINGS WE DO

A mask of shame
A veil of disgrace
Things that make us do
The things we dread

A shiver of fear
Cold breeze of death
Things that make us hurt
The ones we love

A pursuit of destiny
A ray of hope
Things that make us work
The way we should

A hall of fame
An entrance of glory
Things that make us look down
At those who look up to us.

A plan of mutiny
The pang of betrayal
Things that make us doubt
The ones we trust.
