The irony of positive thinking
BE STRONG

I'll be strong
I'll be tough
When the road seem so endless
And the way too dark
And there's no means to carry on
And ther's no reason to move on
And there's no one to reach for you
And there's no one for you to trust

You'll start wondering and wondering
If you'll ever find the time to love
If you'll ever see the good of life
If there's green grass in the field so wide
Or rain in the cloud so high
Or the sun is but a mirage
Or the stars aren't in the sky

You'll start searching and searching
Then you'll know life is distraught
Then you know man can't keep trust
You'll find life's so empty
And then you'll know flesh is a waste
You'll find betrayal in humanity
Then you'll know life is vanity

Yet, you keep going and going
When you find a twinkling hope inside
Something's telling you to rise
Courage so strong you want to run
Strength so sure you want to fly
Close your eyes to life's routine
Spread your wings to reach the peak

Soon,
You'll start crying and crying
When you find the tide so high
Your ego is clashing with iceberg
Hailstorm is breaking up your will
Thunder is blowing off your wish
Flood is carrying away your dreams
Rain is washing all your zeal

I wonder;
When will you find the time;
To smile again
To be loved again
To be strong again
To live again

Yet i say,
BE STRONG
