If I go out of my routine, my safety is threatened.
A broken record
Eases my mind
Repeats the mistakes
That I’ll never leave behind

A broken record
sounds so steep
it makes it hard to swallow
but it is magical – indeed

This broken record
I’ve heard many times
Its the only thing
That keeps me intact

This broken record
I have cried over
Like a crumpled picture;
An emotional mixture

This broken record
Reminds me of you
Calm and sincere
It may speak the truth

But a broken record
Is just a mask
What really hides in it
Are your filthy lies.
