A poem about a felt vest....
Oh, I felt your felt and thought about
Your fur sticks one direction like a ray,
Of sunshine, but not
So bright, but crimson and deep
Like a glass of Lombrusco.

Protect my chest for my chest
Contains the heart pounding hard
On this cold winter day and warm my lungs
Which take the breathe
I breathe so deep to escape my fate.

Have you no store?
Must you do so much for me?
May I be so bold?

Can you do no more?
And if you would please
My arms are cold.
