I have decided to take my novel, The Aquaguardians, to the next level. I have decided not to go the traditional way of agent and publisher. I am going to self-publish. I am trying to raise enough money on Kickstarter.com to do all of the work, myself. I know that the book will be a big seller. Heck, The William Morris Agency was interested. You don't get much better than that.  I just want to keep the book the way I want it to be without having to bow down to people who have no interest in it other than money.



If you are interested in being a backer, I am adding a video of the book and what it is about on this page. I am offering lots of cool stuff in exchange for backing, like tee shirts, bookmarks, pens, beer steins, a party invite to one of the sites in the story, hardcover copies, extra copies, and all sorts of stuff. I am also offering chapters which were removed and will not show up in the finished story. You have to check it out.

On Kickstarter, you can look for backing for most things that you create, like novels, magazines, video games, inventions, dance troupes, movies, and all sorts of other things. You really have to go there to see what is possible. You can even look around the site to see if there are things that you would like to back for some really cool exchanges. Kickstarter is a new site and waaay welcomed. It is a site for the people.
