working with stress, and your busy mind
So much stress every day, is the mind on overload. The mind is an amazing tool to work with, my mind constantly educares itself with education and knowledge. Having that stress I learned to settle my mind down to have it;s own space, to do this; I would go into my quiet compiter room, turn on some smooth jazz, sit down at the key board, and close my eyes listening to the smooth jazz in my mind for a couple minutes, giving the mind to search for its space. Now, the next step is I start hitting the key board for a solid three minutes not knowing what you are typing.

I come to a complete stop, go back to listening the smooth jazz for the next few minutes, so the mind will release some of the stress. This works for me and my my mind, plus listening to the smooth jazz, while the mind goes to its space.
