Love letters written to you
Unseen, unheard
A glance, a touch, a sigh

My love for you a melody
Heard only by my heart

Of passion, sweet joy
And soaring
Wingless and free

Drum beats, unfettered
Ba boom, ba boom
Sweet salty tastes
Aching, taut, haunting

Softly weeping
For I love you
