You left me, I hope you regret it.
REGRETS

Your silence berefts me of the sweet melodious voice.
The one that steals my hours of sleep, not giving me the choice.
It haunts my dreams and brightens my days,
Making me giddy in the simplest of ways.
I revel in memories of the nights we both shared
Wrapped in each other's arms, nothing compared.
But now that you've stopped the contactso readily
The throbbing pain in my heart beats unsteadily.
I can think of nothing, save, my feelings for you.
And the long nights awake I spent thinking things through.
Our passions ablaze, white hot like a flame
Since then they have dwindled and nothing's the same.
I wonder at night when the moon sits up high
If you're thinking of us, if you're sleeping tonight.
And I ask myself always if you're thinking of me
Regretting your decision of setting us free
