Balasi Stanza poem about a father and son
There in the porch he waits   

Stealing no time for his fate

warm breath pushes against the sultry air

can he choose another plan now                         

by force or courage, But how?

heart races against the other man's stare

words spill from old to young

"Do you love? Tell me son,

how has our world become so bare?”
